Have you always wanted to find your creativity but not been sure where to start?

This welcoming and supportive 5-week course is designed for anyone who may be new to art, have limited experience, or would like to build confidence through beginner-friendly creative activities.

You will explore a range of materials and techniques to get you started on your creative journey. You’ll have opportunities to experiment, make creative choices and develop your skills at your own pace. The course also provides a friendly environment to work alongside other learners, share ideas and enjoy the social side of making art.

No previous art experience is needed. The focus is on building confidence, encouraging participation and discovering how creativity can be enjoyable and meaningful for everyone.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in accessible creative activities using adapted tools and techniques to build confidence and social connection.

  • Engage positively with others in shared art activities.

  • Experiment with different materials and creative approaches.

  • Develop confidence in expressing your own ideas through art

Art materials will be provided but please feel free to bring along any of your own if you wish.

All of our courses are FREE for those who are eligible.

For learners who are not eligible for free courses, there will be a charge of £80.00.
